Custom Orders & Lead Times
Most custom orders require 3–5 days lead time.
Rush orders may be available; please contact us to confirm availability.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup only in Lincoln, St. Charles & St. Louis County, Missouri.
Please arrive on time — our products are perishable and made fresh.
Payment & Deposits
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and begin preparation.
The remaining 50% balance is due in full at pickup.
Orders will not be released until the balance is paid.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable if your order is rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice.
Failure to pay the remaining balance at pickup may result in the order being forfeited.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be changed up to 48 hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit your deposit due to preparation and ingredient costs.
